A Federal High Court sitting in Bwari, Abuja, has dismissed the sexual molestation case between celebrity wife and photographer, Busola Dakolo and popular pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
Busola had filed a court case against the popular pastor, claiming that he sexually molested her at the age of 16, in her parents home in Ilorin. Well, the case has now been dismissed from the court and described as an abuse of the judicial system.
The judgement which was given on Thursday, November 14, 2019, by Justice Oathman A. Musa, explained that the case was also ‘empty and purely sentimental.’
According to reports, Busola was charged a fine of N1,000,000 as Justice Musa explained that it should have been 10 times more for wasting the court’s time. He also added that the court case was not aimed at getting justice but at cruelty.
It will be recalled that Busola, who is now a mother of three, explained that she had joined a fellowship called Divine Delight headed by Pastor Biodun many years ago. During one of her holidays in Ilorin, the fellowship had become a church (COZA) still headed by Fatoyinbo.
He had assured her that he wanted to be her spiritual father and be an avenue for her to lay her worries and fears.
When she started to believe he genuinely cared for her, he showed up at her house early one morning and forcefully had his way with her.
