The federal government has announced that international flight will resume on August 29.
Speaking at the presidential task force briefing on update on COVID-19, Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, said the international flight will commence in Lagos and Abuja airports on August 29.
Clarifying the issues, chairman of Presidential Task Force and Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boos Mustapha, said all the evacuations will end on August 25, preparatory to the resumption of the international flight.
An elated Sirika announced thus: “Glad to announce the resumption of international flights from the 29th of August, 2020. Beginning with Lagos and Abuja as we did with the domestic flight resumption. Protocols and procedures will be announced in due course. We thank you for your patience”. He said
