Lagos state Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, On Friday evening announced that the 24-hour curfew imposed on Lagos in the wake of EndSARS Protest has been relaxed.
Citizens who have something important to do can now go out from 8am tomorrow while the curfew will start by 6pm till the following morning.
He, however, cautioned motorists to be careful of the burnt tyres and other barricades on the road, adding that LAWMA from this evening will start the cleaning exercise.
Speaking after his inspection to assess the level of damage to the government and private properties, Sanwo-Olu said the level of destruction was mind boggling.
He also assured that Lagos will rise again despite the monumental tragedy that befell the state.
The Governor admonished those still sending messages to inflame passion and cause more destruction to desist from this ugly act.
