Faleke Storms Ikeja Schools With Big Empowerments: Commissions ICT Centres, Distributes Laptops To Students

A member of the House of Representatives for Ikeja Federal Constituency, Honourable James Abiodun Faleke stormed his constituency on Tuesday, 2 February, 2021 with huge educational empowerments for teachers and students in the constituency. 

Personally leading a delegation of his supporters, Honourable Faleke’s first port of call was Ojodu Grammar School, Ojodu. 

At Ojodu, an Information and Cummnication Technology (ICT) centre was commissioned for use for both students and teachers. The centre is fully equipped with computers and other ICT gadgets and items. 

At Oke Ira Primary School, Oke Ira, the Chairman of the House Committee on Finance commissioned a block of six classrooms with teachers’ room and toilets. 

At Ogba Junior Secondary School, Ogba, another fully equipped ICT centre was commissioned. 

The mother of them all was the presentation of laptops to students of senior secondary schools in the Ikeja Federal Constituency. The multi-purpose hall of Excellence Hotel, Ogba was packed full of students and parents as 130 pieces of laptops were distributed to students of 11 senior secondary schools in the constituency. 

Speaking at the events, Honourable Faleke assured his constituents that he will continue to work for their welfare and well being. “I assure you that we will always give you maximum and optimum representation which will not only enhance your welfare but will also improve your standard of living. We will always ensure that you get dividends of democracy,” the former Chairman of Ojodu Local Council Development Area said.
