Inauguration Fiasco! Soludo Apologises Over Bianca Ojukwu, Mrs Obiano’s Face Off At Swearing-In
Chukwuma Soludo, the governor of Anambra State, has apologised to all Anambra residents, friends, and guests who attended his inauguration for the Face Off between Mrs Bianca Ojukwu and Ebelechukwu Obiano, wife of the former governor, Willie Obiano during the ceremony.
Joe Anatune, Soludo’s Media Aide, stated in a statement on Thursday that the breach was triggered by improper communication stemming from a personal disagreement between the two people involved.
According to him, the incident that disturbed the ceremony occurred after the former governor’s wife, Ebelechukwu Obiano, approached Mrs Bianca Ojukwu and whispered some remarks, which led to fisticuffs.
Unfortunately, the fight drew attention away from the day’s main event,” the statement stated in part.
According to Soludo, actions are being done to clear up the misunderstanding and reestablish the parties’ previous connection. “Anambra State has long been known for a large stock of social harmony, which will grow significantly in the years ahead as part of a concerted effort to accelerate the state’s development,” he added.
