Lagos PDP LGA Chairmen Forum Slams  State Chairman, Phillips Aivoji Over Calls For Cancellation Of House Of Reps, Assemby Primaries 

For calling for the cancellation of Sunday’s House of Representatives and House of Assemby primaries,13 Lagos State PDP Chairmen under the auspices of the Lagos PDP LG Chairmen Forum has berated the state chairman of the party, Hon Phillips Aivoji.

The group speaking through its chairman, Hon Adegbesan Adegbenga from Oshodi/Isolo, at a press conference in Lagos on Monday to review the primaries accused the chairman of bias.

Adegbesan said the chairman biased opinion is a recipe for chaos and capable of derailing the process. 

The LG chairmen present at the press conference were from Alimosho, Shomolu, Oshodi-isolo, Apapa, Kosofe, Ikeja, Lagos Island , Lagos mainland, Agege, Ikorodu and Mushin.

He says it is shameful that the state chairman who is ought to be neutral is sabotaging the interest of the party

Hon Malomo Adelabi, Secretary of the forum who is also the chairman of Lagos Mainland local government maintains that the primary election was successful in all the local governments.

Hon. Malomo, while corroborating Hon Adegbesan’s statement, says it is rather unfortunate that the no 1 state excecutive of the party would be found in such despicable act.
