Owo Massacre: Fayemi Declares Three Days Of Mourning

* The Governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has declared three days of mourning in the State, beginning from Monday, June 13 to Wednesday, June 15, for victims of the gruesome and dastardly killings in Owo, Ondo State last week.

Yinka Oyebode, Chief Press Secretary to Governor Fayemi in a statement issued on Sunday said Flags are to fly at half mast in all public buildings and offices during the three days of mourning.

It will be recalled that terrorists stormed Owo, the country home of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu last Sunday, killing 40 people while several others were injured.
