Photos: Pope Swears In Okpaleke As Cardinal
The Bishop of Ekwulobia, Peter Okpaleke, has been sworn in as a cardinal by Pope Francis.
He was part of the 20 new cardinals sworn in on Saturday by the Catholic church.
