Benue PDP Suspends Ayu Over Inability To Pay Dues, Anti-Party Activities
Embattled national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Dr Iyorchia Ayu, has been suspended.
Ayu’s ward in Benue state also accused him of anti-party activities, adding that he lost his ward and local government during the presidential and national assembly elections as well as the Governorship and House of Assembly elections.
The embattled chairman is also accused of not paying his annual dues.
It would be recalled that Ayu has been at loggerheads with Nyesom Wike led G-5 governors and their allies who have insisted that the Chairman step down for a southern candidate.
