NDE Commences Registration Of Unemployed Youths In Kebbi

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE), has commenced registration of unemployed people in Kebbi State starting from Monday, 17th of April to 5th May, 2023 across the 21 Local Council Areas of the State.

Briefing newsmen on the activities of the Directorate for the State, the Coordinator of the Directorate in Kebbi State, Mr. Anbiato Amos Francis stated that the Director General of the NDE, Malam Abubakar Nuhu Fikpo gave the directive from Abuja National Headquarters.

Mr. Francis said unemployed people who are Nigerians residents in Kebbi State are eligible to come forward to the State Head office at No 5, Lokoja Road by Jalingo Crescent, Birnin-Kebbi to register.

The State Coordinator said further that the registration is not limited to indigens of Kebbi State alone, as non indigenes of Kebbi State living in all the 21 LGAs are of the State are eligible to register, adding that the registration is going on simultaneously in all the 36 State of the Federation.

He also advised unemployed persons across the State wishing to be registered to visit the NDE office in their LGAs as there is a Desk Officer who will attend to them.

He, however, explained that registration is free.
