Ensures Hitch Free Eid-El- Fitr, Kebbi CP Charges DPOs, Tactical Commanders

The Commissioner of Police, Kebbi State Police Command, Mr. Lawal Abubakar Daura, has charged all the Divisional Police Officers (DPO), Tactical Commander (TC) in the state to ensure hitch free eid-el-fitr celebrations across the 21 Local Government Areas of the State.
In a Press statement made available to newsmen in the State by the State Command Spokesman, Nafiu Abubakar said, consequently, the Police and other Security Agencies in the state are fully prepared to ensure hitch free celebrations.
“Therefore, it is necessary to use this medium to warn all potential trouble makers and miscreants to avoid engaging in any unlawful activities, as measures to prevent any breach of law and order have been put in place.”
The Police according to the statement will ensure the safety of life and property of the people before, during and after the celebrations.
“The Command expects maximum cooperation from the general public by providing vital information, or report any suspicious person or persons to the nearest Police Station.” The statement read.
