Breaking: Senate In Rowdy Session As Senator Abbo Nominates Yari

The inauguration of the 10th Senate which is ongoing is becoming rowdy shortly after Senator Elisha Abbo from Adamawa State nominated the former governor of Zmafara state, Senator Abdulaziz Yari for the position of the president of senate.

Senator Opeyemi Bamidele representing Ekiti central countered Senator Abbo that Yari, a first time senator is not qualified for the position.

Senator Ali Ndume had earlier nominated Senator Godswill Akpabio for the position of president of the senate which was seconded by Senator Solomon Olamilekan from Ogun West.
