Pretty Nollywood Star, Rose Odika Picks November 10th For Mother’s Burial
In a heart-wrenching moment for renowned Nollywood actress, Yeye Rose Odika JP, the painful loss of her dear mother, Mrs. Grace Nwaka Odika, nee Nkemdiche, has left a deep void in her life.
Mrs. Grace Odika, aged 75, peacefully passed away on the 4th of September, 2023.As Rose Odika grieves for her beloved mother, she seeks solace in the loving memory of a woman who played multiple roles in her life – a mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
The family has announced a series of events to commemorate the life of Mrs. Grace Odika.
The funeral rites will commence with a Christian Wake ceremony on the 3rd of November, 2023, at St. Rita Catholic Church, Arometa, Sango Eleyele Road, Ibadan, from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
The officiating priest, Rev’d Father Augustine Nwajagu, will lead the congregation in prayer and remembrance.
The final farewell will take place on the 10th of November, 2023, at St. Thomas’ Catholic Church, Ugbodu, Delta State, at 10 am, followed by interment at Pa Nkemdiche’s Compound in Igwisi, Ugbodu.
