CHESTRAD 30th Anniversary: Set To Meet Ooni, Florence Ajimobi … Organises Town Hall Meeting With Beneficiaries ….Prof Oladele Kale, Late Chief (Mrs) Olukemi Nelson, Others To Receive Awards
An international social enterprise, Chestrad Global, is rolling out drums to celebrate her 30th anniversary, starting from Wednesday, Nov 1, 2023, to Saturday, Nov 4, 2023.
President of CHESTRAD Global, Dr Lola Dare, in a statement issued at the weekend, said the week long activities will cut across three states, starting from Osun state where CHESTRAD will hold a town hall meeting with beneficiaries of its products , such as COVID-19 bounce back programme for SMEs to review the impact of the programme.
Also, the organization will visit Ile-Ife, Ilesa, and Garage Olode Town to meet with the people.
Thereafter, CHESTRAD will meet with Ooni Ogunwusi Adeyeye at the Ile Oodua Palace, Ile-Ife.
CHESTRAD will also meet with former Oyo state First Lady, Mrs Florence Ajimobi, in Ibadan, Oyo state.
The grand finale will hold at Glover Memorial Hall, Lagos, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, with a summit and an award ceremony to deserving individuals.
Some of the award recipients are Prof. Oladele Kale, retired professor of Preventive and Social Medicine, University of Ibadan, the renowned Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham-Ajeniyi and a posthumous award to late Yeyesewa of Lagos, Chief (Mrs) Olukemi Nelson amongst others.
