Ondo 2024: I’m The Most Educated Among All The Aspirants Seeking APC Ticket-Jimoh Ibrahim

The lawmaker representing Ondo South, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, has said he is the most educated and qualified among all the All Progressives Congress aspirants seeking to govern the state.

He also said he informed the former Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of his desire to govern the state from 2024.

Ibrahim said: “I told Aketi before he died in the presence of his wife in their home in Ibadan when they returned from Germany that I wanted to contest for the governorship election and he said I should go ahead. That he would support me.”

Speaking at a media parley in Akure, Ondo State capital, Senator Ibrahim expressed optimism that his ‘Aseyori, breakthrough’ strategy would give him victory at the party’s primaries and in the main election.

He said he remained the most educated and qualified among the aspirants seeking the ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Ibrahim said he will not defect from the party if he loses at the primary election.

He said he needed to use his nine degrees and brain to help Ondo State.

Ibrahim added: “I think this is time I have to really sort out human problems in this state.”

“My programmes are very straightforward. We are to create moral efficiency and moral knowledge and make the body more efficient. We must also map Ondo State borders for security network and then to ensure that we will never have cases of kidnapping, by making Amotekun a unique security outfit that will come with good strategy to challenge security issues in our state.”
