Just In: Edo Deputy Gov, Philip Shaibu Impeached

The Edo State House of Assembly has impeached the deputy governor, Philip Shaibu after adopting the report of the 7-man panel set up to investigate the allegation of gross misconduct against him.

It would be recalled that the Philip Shaibu has been having a running battle with Governor Godwin Obaseki over who succeeds him.
