Isese Day: Lagos Declares Tuesday Public Holiday

The Lagos State Government has declared Tuesday 20th August 2024 as Isese Day.

According to a circular signed by the Head of Service, Olabode Agoro, on Tuesday said “it is necessary to give support to traditional institutions as well as enhance the promotion of indigenous tradition by preserving cultural heritage. “

Civil servants are to resume work on Wednesday 21 August 2024.
