Windfall For C & S Church As Davido’s Dad Donates N1bn In Late Mother’s Honour
Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, father of popular singer Davido, has donated the sum of N1bn to the Cherubim and Seraphim Church in honour of his late mother, Nnena Esther Adeleke.
The donation was announced during a thanksgiving service held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos on Sunday.
Adeleke presented the donation to the Centenary Endowment Fund on behalf of his late mother, saying, “We donate a sum of N1bn in honour of our late mum.”
After the donation, Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, entertained the crowd with his impressive dance moves, which was a highlight of the event.
