Yoruba Youth In Kebbi Canvasses For Gov Idris Second Term

A coalition of Yoruba Youth in Kebbi State under the Banners of Yoruba Youth Professioners (YYP) and it’s affiliates, Kebbi Council of Yoruba Youth (KCYY), has rallies supports for the administration of Comrade Nasir Idris, Executive Governor of Kebbi State.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Birnin-Kebbi during the week by the Spokesman of the two groups, Mr. Olaoluwa Oyewole said that the achievement of the Governor in than two years in office cannot be over emphasized.
He said that ‘Mr Project’, as the Governor widely referred to, is a visionary leader and champion of the people, whose tireless efforts to improve education, labor rights, and governance have earned him a reputation as a compassionate and effective administrator.
The group spokesman added that governor Nasir Idris has made significant strides in Kebbi State, achieving notable success in infrastructure development through strategic facility updates and reconstruction, enhancing welfare via prompt pension payments, strengthening the judiciary by sponsoring specialized training for legal officers and refurbishing key facilities, and demonstrating humanitarian commitment through investments in education, which include over N15 billion in school infrastructure.
“He has displayed his love and passion for unity when he appointed six Yoruba special assistant into his cabinet.The Yoruba Youth Professionals appreciates this gesture and we have been proven right about the personality of Mr Project.
“We wish to reiterate our unflinching support for him in 2027, the Yoruba Youth Professionals were seen during APC campaigns, on the media and even in campaign rallies.No one can deny that we are APC loyalist.
“Pointing out that if the Yoruba Community wishes to play politics, they are advised to come out publicly, rather than seating on the fence.
“The YYP and the KCYY are happy that the Special Assistant has been shared amongst them, it is for the glory of the entire Yorubas in Kebbi and we wish all the appointees good luck in their new offices.
“We hope the Yoruba community will join us actively to support the administration of Mr Project and the APC.So it doesn’t look like one person is rowing the boat and one person is enjoying it.” He added.
