Lagos State President Federation Cup Final:Owu Sportswear To Kit Women’s Finalists

Ahead of Sunday’s final matches of the 2025 Lagos State President Federation Cup, one of Nigeria’s foremost sportswear companies, Owu sportswear, have joined the fray and to be a part of the football history that would happen tomorrow at the MobolajiJohnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos.

For the first time in 15 years, a new winner will emerge tomorrow in the women’s category. This is after perennial winners Robo Queens were sent packing by underdogs Unification Queens in the semi-final.

Owu sportswear has decided to kit both finalists as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility programmes.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Barrister Tunji Brown, the teams would be kitted in beautifully designed jerseys, worthy of a cup final.

Reacting to the goodwill gesture of Owu sportswear, Chairman of Lagos State Football Association, Hajji Gafar Liameed, thanked the company for its kind sporting gesture, adding that it would bring added value, allure and glamour to the final day of the competition.

It would be an early kickoff between Dannaz Ladies and giant killers Unification Queens in women’s final, where history would be made and a new Lagos State President Federation Cup champion would emerge.
