RAAF Lagos Female Cup Kicks Off Wednesday

The organizers of the RAAF Lagos Female Unity Cup have set aside funds for the teams competing in this grassroots tournament.
The Lagos State Football Association (LSFA), which serves as the technical partner for the event, announced that each participating team will receive a participation fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira.
Hajji Gafar Liameed, the LSFA Chairman, expressed his excitement, stating, “Hajia Raliat Abdulsalam, the visionary behind the RAAF Lagos Female Unity Cup, will personally present each team with an appearance fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira in cash.”He further noted.
“In addition to the appearance fee, there will be cash rewards for the teams finishing in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.”
A total of 12 teams will compete in the event, which includes Victorious Angels, CATS Ladies, Ghetto Tigers Ladies Feeders, FC Phoenix, SGH Sports Academy, Ablaze Amazons, Unizee Shella FC, Edufoot Starlets, Unification Talent, Victory Queens, Ayisat Yusuf FC, and Dannaz Ladies Feeders.
The competition is set to be held at the prestigious Mobolaji Johnson Arena at Onikan Waterfront in Lagos.
Partners for the RAAF Lagos Female Unity Cup include Addosser Microfinance Bank, Ivory Health Club, DigKolo, Centre Grace Assembly, Lagos State Sports Commission, and Lagos State Football Association.
The tournament is planned for April 23rd to 24th.
