Breaking: PDP Chairman, Two INEC Staff Arrested In Ogun By-Election

The chairman of the People’s Democratic Party,PDP, simply known as Tella and two officials of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and others whose identity have not been revealed were arrested with large sums of cash in the early hours of this morning 16th August 2025 in Iperu Remo .

The two INEC staff, Toryem Joe-Stans and Amina Mamman, have allegedly provided very useful information to the police , suggesting a grand plan to bribe and rig the house of representatives by-election slated for today.
