Aiyedatiwa’s Aide, Olufemi Lawson, Loses Father
Olufemi Lawson, the Senior Special Assistant to Ondo state Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa , has announced the death of his beloved father, Chief Ajisola Lawson.
He was 83 years.
Olufemi, in an electronic mail sent to newsnowonline.com.ng, wrote, “With deep gratitude to God for a life well spent, we announce the passing of my beloved father, Chief Ajisola Lawson, fondly known as Dr. ASIKO, who peacefully transitioned to eternal rest this afternoon in Ibadan, surrounded by my loving family, including my younger brother Moyinoluwa Authority Lawson and some of his grandchildren at the age of 83.”

The statement read: “Dr Asiko lived a fruitful and exemplary life, marked by discipline, resilience, contentment, and integrity, virtues that shaped not only his journey but also the lives of those privileged to know him. He was a man of principle and quiet strength, whose character continues to serve as a moral compass and enduring inspiration to his children.
“For me, he was more than a father; he was my symbol of Discipline, Resilience, Contentment, and Integrity, qualities I proudly inherited and will forever hold dear.
“He leaves behind a legacy of honor, wisdom, and love that will continue to shine through his family and all whose lives he touched.”
