Just In: APC Governors Converge In Kebbi Today For Emergency Meeting

All governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and those who crossed over to the party in recent times, are converging on Birnin-Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital today, Thursday, for what was described as crucial meeting in the Nation’s interest and party’s issues.

The Chief of Staff to the State Governor, Barrister Attahiru Maccido while briefing Journalists Wednesday night stated that members of the Progressives Governors’ Forum would arrive in the state on Thursday, today for a closed door meeting.

According to him, the governors would arrive at the Sir Ahmadu Bello Airport Birnin-Kebbi and proceed straight to the Presidential Hall for the meeting and depart later.

Barrister Maccido called on all practising Journalists in the State to give adequate coverage to the State’s august visitors when they arrive.
