I Will End Impunity In PDP- Turaki
Kabiru Turaki, the newly elected chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has vowed that the new leadership will restore internal discipline and bring the party back to its members.
Turaki was elected on Saturday at the party’s national convention in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.
The exercise, held at the Adamasingba Stadium, saw the former minister of special duties and intergovernmental affairs clinch 1,516 votes.
Speaking shortly after his election, Turaki said impunity will no longer be tolerated in the Party, urging PDP faithful to brace up for the challenges ahead.
