Just In: Court Sentences Nnamdi Kanu To Life Imprisonment

Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has been sentenced to a life imprisonment.

Delivering the judgment, which spanned almost six hours on Thursday, Justice James Omotosho, who rose briefly after the defendant, has been convicted of all the seven count charges brought against him said other sentences of five and twenty years are to run concurrently.
