Just In: Justice Nwite Frowns At Attempts By Senior Lawyers To Compromise Him In Malami’s Case ….Grants N500m Bail
Justice Emeka Nwite of Federal High Court, Abuja has warned senior lawyers to desist from attempt to influence him over the alleged corruption case involving former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN pending before him.
Justice Nwite in a short ruling on Wednesday in Abuja also granted Malami and his son bail in the sum of five hundred million naira and two surety in like sum.
The Judge also ordered Malami and his son to deposit their international passports with the registrar of the court and adjourned hearing till February 17, 2026.
They are however to remain in Kuje Correctional Centre pending when they will complete their bail procedure.
