Just In: Court Stops Impeachment Process Against Fubara, Deputy

Rivers State high court sitting in Oyingbo Local Government has issued an interim injunction against the impeachment process against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy , Prof Ngozi Mna- Odu.

It will be recalled that Martins Amaewhule led Rivers State House of Assembly has ordered the Chief Judge to set up a seven man panel to investigate the allegations of gross misconduct against Fubara and his deputy.
