Osun Amotekun Corp Commander, Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) Bags WHO’S WHO IN AFRICA Award

The Corp Commander the Western Nigeria Security Network also known as Amotekun Corps, Osun State Command, Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) has bagged the Who’s Who in Africa award.
Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) was recognised for the award by Time Africa Magazine owing to giant strides achieved by Amotekun in Osun State under his watch, ensuring safety of lives and properties of the people of the state.
The Editor-In-Chief of Time Africa Magazine, Okorie Chidipeters said Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) exhibited exceptional competence and proficiency in addressing tackling crime in Osun State.
Chidipeters said his tenacity of purpose, public spiritedness and insightful leadership, administrative acumen and respect for rule of law earned Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) the award.
He said “Accordingly, after verifying testaments of Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) achievements, he’s found eminently worthy for the 2023 WHO’SWHO IN AFRICA”.
While expressing delight over the honour, Brig Gen. Bashir Adewinmbi (Rtd) vowed to do more in serving the humanity and promised to sustain the fight against criminal in Osun State so that law abiding citizens can go about their lawful businesses unhindered.
