Bobrisky: CIAPS DG Tasks EFCC To Bring Ogun Oba To Justice

The director general of Commonwealth Institute of Advanced and Professional Studies, CIAPS, Prof Anthony Kila, has challenged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to take similar action it took against Bobrisky on Ogun traditional ruler who was found in a video that had gone viral abusing the naira notes.
Prof Kila took to his verified X handle formally Twitter and wrote; “Prison space needed Now that @officialEFCC & the Judiciary have set this precedent Let we the people test their consistency by posting images of anyone seen abusing the Naira, then ask for their arrest. The list must include givers & takers of abused Naira. #Bobrisky #Naira”.
It will be recalled that a traditional ruler from Ogun State, Olu of Owode-Egba, Oba Kolawole Sowemimo was caught on video spraying Naira notes of popular fuji muscian, K1 at a function some months ago.
Though, he was suspended for two months in February by Egba traditional council after the National Orientation Agency wrote a warning letter to him, there was public outcry against his action- defacing the naira.
