Hike In Subscription: Court Dismisses MultiChoice Suit Against FCCPC

A federal high court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the suit filed by MultiChoice Nigeria Limited against the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) over the recent hike in the subscription fees of DStv and GOtv services.

Presiding Judge, James Omotoso, delivered the judgment on Thursday.
