36 Lion FC Holds Graduation Football Fiesta For New Talents

Lagos based 36 Lion Football Club on Thursday December, held a football fiesta at the Legacy pitch of the National Stadium, Lagos, for players of its various academies drawn from across the five divisions in Lagos state.

The football event which drew former footballers, stakeholders and enthusiasts was indeed, an evening of raw and exciting football from the starry-eyed lads.

36 Lion FC is renowned as one of the biggest football factory, even as it made history as the only Nigerian team to produce three players, including Imoh Ezekiel ,Sodiq Popoola and Junior Ajayi, for the Dream team to the 2016 Rio Olympics Games.

According to the Technical Director of the team Akinsola Akinrele Francis, the football event which was the 25th edition, equally increases the talents pool of the foremost grassroots team, as it remain committed to producing fresher, gifted and exciting players for the various Nigeria national teams and the global football market.
