PFN Mourns Passing Of Ex-Women Leader
The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Lagos Chapter has mourned the sad loss of its ex-women leader, Rev Dr Glory Akpabio.
Dr Udo Agomounso, State Secretary of the Lagos chapter PFN announcing the death of Rev Akpabio wrote:
“Dear State Executives, on behalf of our state Chairman Pastor Yemi David’s, We announce with deep sorrow and total submission to the will of God, the homegoing of Rev. Dr. Glory Akpabio, who served faithfully in the previous tenure for 11 years as the PFN Women Wing Coordinator, Lagos State.
“Rev. Dr. Glory Akpabio was a devoted servant of God, a passionate leader, mentor, and a mother in the faith whose life and ministry greatly impacted women, the Church, and the body of Christ at large. Her unwavering commitment to God’s work, tireless service, and exemplary leadership will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.
“We mourn her departure but rejoice in the assurance that she has finished her race and has gone to be with the Lord she loved and served wholeheartedly.
“Details of the burial arrangements will be communicated in due course.
“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.”— Psalm 116:15.
“May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace, and may the Lord comfort her family, the PFN family, and all whose lives she touched.”
