AFCON 2025: Super Eagles Settle For Bronze … Beat Egyptian Pharaohs 4-2 In Penalties Shootout

Ademola Lookman kicked the last and the most decisive penalty to the far corner of the Egyptian goalkeeper to give the Nigeria’s Super Eagles the deserving bronze medal in the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Morocco.

Earlier, two saves by Stanley Nwabali off the foot of Egyptian talisman and captain, Mohammed Sallah and his colleague put the Super Eagles ahead in the penalties shootout before Lookman sealed the victory with his decisive kick.
