Eid El Fitri: Kudayisi Greets Olorunda LG Muslim Ummah
The Chairman of Olorunda Local Government Area, Osogbo, Mojeed Adekunle Kudayisi has congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of Ramadan fasting and Eid El Fitri celebration.
In his Sallah message to the Muslim Ummah on Friday, Kudayisi emphasized the need for peaceful coexistence among the people of Olorunda Local Government.
Kudayisi called for tolerance across religious and ethnic divides to foster communal harmony.
The Chairman encouraged the faithful to sustain the virtues of discipline, sacrifice, and devotion cultivated during the holy month.
He also emphasize the need to reach out to the less privileged and extend hands of generosity to those in need.
Kudayisi called upon residents of Olorunda Local Government to use the festive period to pray for lasting peace, security, and prosperity for the council, the state and the nation at large.
The chairman advised residents to celebrate with decorum, following security protocols, and maintaining environmental cleanliness during the festivities.
He said, “On behalf of my family and the entire people of Olorunda Local Government Council, I congratulate our Muslim brothers and sisters on the successful completion of Ramadan.
