APC Chieftain Calls Out Soludo, “You Cannot Be In APGA And Attending Our Governors’ Meeting”

Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has come under attack over an alleged participation in a recent APC Governors’ meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abuja.

An APC chieftain in Anambra State, Chief Francis Okoye, called out the state government for allegedly participating in the high profile meeting of the ruling party’s governors forum.

Okoye alleged that the Deputy Governor of the state, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, represented Governor Soludo at the meeting, which he insists was strictly meant for APC Governors.

A photograph which was allegedly taken from the meeting captured the state deputy governor seated with his trademark SOLUTION IS HERE red cap.

He was later photographed outside with some governors after the meeting.

Okoye, however accused Governor Soludo of playing political hide and seek game by hobnobbing with APC in secret.

“Governor Soludo should stop the hide and seek game he is playing with my party APC, ” Okoye said.

He questioned the rationale behind the representation, adding:

“Today he asked his deputy to represent him during the APC Governors meeting with the President. And the meeting was strictly for only APC Governors. So what is an APGA Governor (through his deputy) doing in that meeting?”

The APC chieftain further alleged that the Governor’s engagement in APC-related meetings while remaining in the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA amounts to political manipulation.

“Soludo cannot be in APGA and be attending APC Governors meeting. It is totally wrong,” he declared.
