Davido Set To Join Nollywood; AGN President Welcomes Singer’s Move

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has welcomed Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, following his announcement that he is preparing to venture into acting while expanding his footprint as a movie producer.

Davido disclosed the plans during a recent interview, revealing that he is already serving as executive producer on two movie projects in collaboration with acclaimed music video director Dammy Twitch.

He also hinted at an upcoming documentary, underscoring his growing commitment to the Nigerian film industry.

Beyond his plans to appear on screen, the multi-award-winning entertainer said he is investing in film production as part of a broader vision to expand his creative legacy beyond music.
