NBBF President Musa Kida Celebrates Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary..Says Future Of Nigeria Is Very Bright

President of Nigeria Basketball Federation, Engr.Ahmadu Musa Kida, has joined millions of Nigerians, home and diaspora to celebrate the country’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
Speaking on the very important occasion, Kida, stated that it calls for true celebrations, in view of what the country has been through in recent years.
He also acknowledged the sacrifices and unalloyed contributions of the nation’s leaders to the development of the country.
Kida also used the occasion to thank the basketball community, particularly, the players, officials, fans and true stakeholders of the game.
“There’re several reasons for us to celebrate our country’s 66th Independence anniversary. As a people, we have truly weathered through many turbulent storm and of course, we have always come put stronger and better.
“And today, most sectors of our national life has been rejigged and today, we’re gradually and steadily moving forward as a nation,” he noted.
“This is another opportunity for us to continue to pray for the leadership of this great nation.
“And I want to personally, and also on behalf of the Nigeria basketball community, celebrate and thank His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his steadfastness and unflinching commitment to the growth and development of Nigeria, through the Renewed Hope Agenda,” Kida remarked.
He went ahead to enjoin Nigerians home and diaspora, to keep working hard and also pray for continued unity, peace, stability and development of the country.
