Just In: Progress Wins Nigerian Idol

The contestant, Progress aka Bro P, has emerged the winner of the Nigerian Idol competition.

With 200million votes, Progress has won a 

30million naira ,brand new SUV, DSTV explora subscription for 12months and many mouth watering prices. 

Progress who could not express himself in words when he was declared the winner, sang his final song on the Nigerian Idol stage titled, “I Need an Angel.”

Zaddok, aka Zady, emerged the first runner up, while Banty came through as the second runner up.

The season 7 Nigerian Idol, sponsored by Binance, Biggy, Techno among other brands, came to an end on Sunday, May 22, 2022.

The judges for the season 7 edition were: music producer – Obi Asika, the ‘Duduke’ crooner – Simi and the kokolet master – DBanj; while Ik Osakioduwa was the presenter.
