Breaking:Court Nullifies Sen Binani’s Election As Adamawa Guber Candidate, Bars APC From Presenting Any Candidate

A federal high court, Yola, has nullified the nomination of the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Adamawa state, Senator Aishatu Binani.

The court also ruled that the APC should not present any other governorship candidate for the March 11, 2023 election.

Justice Abdulaziz Anka of a Federal High Court in Yola while delivering judgment on the suit filed by Malam Nuhu Ribadu said the APC failed to adhere to the constitution of the party.
