Just In:Supreme Court Affirms Senator Adeleke As Osun Governor

The Supreme Court has affirmed Senator Ademola Adeleke as the governor of Osun State.

The apex court in a unanimous ruling read by Justice Emmanuel Agim resolved all the issues raised by former governor Adegboyega Oyetola in his appeal in favour of Governor Adeleke.

The 5- man panel led by Justice John Okoro upheld the decision of the court of appeal that held that the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Oyetola failed to prove the case of over voting against Governor Adeleke.
