Breaking:NLC , TUC Suspend Nationwide Strike

The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and Trade Union Congress, TUC, have suspended the planned strike scheduled for Wednesday 7 June 2023 over the removal of petrol subsidy.

NLC and TUC arrived at the decision today after meeting with Federal government representatives.

They are to reconvene on June 19 for further discussion.

Meanwhile, federal government has secured an injunction restraining both the NLC and TUC from embarking on the nationwide strike.
