Muti Onikoyi Royal Family Elects Prince Abdul Waliu Oladimeji Sulaimon As Future Oba Onikoyi

The Muti Onikoyi Royal Family, convening at 73 Olonode Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos, unanimously elected Prince Abdul Waliu Oladimeji Sulaimon from the Ojubiari branch as the future Oba Onikoyi of Ikoyi and Imoba Land.

In a communique which was signed by the head of the family, Otunba A G, Kola Onikoyi, the decision was reached during a meeting among the heads of branches held on December 9th, 2023.

Prince Abdul Waliu Oladimeji Sulaimon was formally introduced and endorsed at the general assembly of the entire Muti Onikoyi Royal Family, held at the Onikoyi of Ikoyi And Imoba Land Palace, Parkview, Ikoyi, Lagos on December 10th, 2023, where his candidacy was warmly welcomed and supported by all family members present.

Additionally, the family is slated to dispatch an official letter to all pertinent authorities by December 15th, 2023, formalizing Prince Abdul Waliu Oladimeji Sulaimon’s selection as the next Oba Onikoyi.
