Kebbi Bye-Election: INEC Distributes Election Materials

 Determined to conduct free, fair and credible bye elections in Kebbi State, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in State has disclosed that the Commission is fully ready for Rerun and bye elections in the state.

The newly posted Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC)  in charge of kebbi state Alhaji Abubakar Sarkin Pawa Dambo told newsmen at a briefing on Thursday that all sensitive materials for the smooth conduct of the election on Saturday have been distributed to the effected areas.

“We have distributed all the sensitive materials for the conduct of bye election in Yauri, Shanga and Ngaski and re-run election in Arewa and Dandi local government respectively”.

Dambo appreciated all the political parties for their prompt respond to witnessed the distribution of  sensitive materials for the election in the state.

He also appreciated journalists, security agencies and all stakeholders for making the distribution exercise a successful conduct in the state.
