Tinubu, Jonathan, Gowon, Abdulsalami, Obasanjo, Akufo-Addo, Others Attend IBB’s Book Launch, Presidential Library … Dangote Donates N8bn; Abdusalam Rabiu N5 Billion
The launch of a memoir by former military president Ibrahim Babangida is taking place in Abuja. Several leaders – past and present – in the country and beyond are attending the event.
The memoirs is titled; ” A Journey In Service”
President Bola Tinubu; ex-presidents Goodluck Jonathan, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo; former Ghanaian president Nana Akufo-Addo; a former Head of State Yakubu Gowon; Abdulsalami Abubakar among others are present at the event.
Meanwhile, the owner of BUA, Abdusalam Rabiu donated five billion naira towards the library.
African richest man, Aliko Dangote pledged N2billion for the next four years totalling N8billion. He also said if the project dragged for more than four years he’d donate N2billion every extra year the project lasted.
