Aiyedatiwa’s Aide, Rotimi Akinsola Bags Big Chieftaincy Title …Becomes ‘Bobajiro’ Of Akotogbo Kingdom
The Senior Special Assistant to Ondo State Governor on Agriculture and Agric-Business, Hon Rotimi Wemimo Akinsola, has bagged a Chieftaincy title of ‘Bobajiro’ of Akotogbo land in Ondo State.
According to the letter of the appointment sighted by Newsnowonline.com.ng, the conferrement would come up next Friday, 22 August 2025, in Akotogbo.
The letter of invitation which was personally signed by His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Barr) Michael Elumaro Akinfolarin, Keneyin 111, Larogbo of Akotogbo Kingdom and Paramount Ruler of Akotogbo Land read ” The kingdom has diligently appraised your positive disposition towards community and resolved to honour you with the highly exalted chieftaincy title of Bobajiro”.
The statement noted that; ” As an Adviser you are to consult with Larogbo-in- council in decisions on Comunity development, security , Intergovernmental relationship and commerce among others.”
Hon Wemimo- Akinsola in his acceptance statement expressed his profound gratitude to His Imperial Majesty and esteemed council of chiefs for offering to confer on him the noble title of Bobajiro of Akotogbo Kingdom.
He, however, promised to utilise his skills and resources to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Akotogbo Kingdom.
