POLICE FIRED BACK: VDM Ordered To Produce Proof After Labeling Highway Cops ‘Kidnapper Informants’

The Nigeria Police Force has demanded evidence from social media commentator Martins Vincent Otse (“VeryDarkMan”) following his allegations that highway officers collude with kidnappers to target wealthy travelers.

In response, Police Public Relations Officer CSP Ani Iniedu vehemently denied the claims, stating that such accusations undermine the efforts of officers who face significant dangers on duty.

The force has challenged the critic to substantiate the claims while promising an investigation into any potential wrongdoing.

Recall that VeryDarkMan made the sweeping allegations at the ongoing conference organised by the Nigerian Bar Association in Port Harcourt.
