Jakande Inducts New LG Staff, Charges Them On Excellence Service Delivery

Hon. Seyi Jakande, Executive Chairman of Òdì‑Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, formally welcomed newly recruited civil servants into the LCDA on Monday, October 6.

The Chairman , during the induction, emphasized understanding public service administration and strict adherence to the Lagos State Code of Conduct.

He urged the new staff to uphold integrity, professionalism and dedication, adopt a proactive mindset, pursue excellence in service delivery and promote teamwork for the benefit of their departments and the wider community.He, however, expressed confidence in their contributions and wished them success.

Jakande also addressed issue of proximity to work, offering to assist those living far from the Council among them by helping secure accommodation closer to the office or transfer to aid productivity.

Present at the ceremony were Vice Chairman Hon. Gbeminiyi Awodogan, Council Manager Mrs. Afolake Otenaike, HRO Mr. Lawal Rafiu and other senior officials.
