2023:’Awa ‘South’ Lo Kan’, Fayose Set To Join APC

Former governor of Ekiti state, Mr Ayodele Fayose may have reconsidered his position on zoning the presidency to the south.

Fayose in a series of tweets on Wednesday said President Muhammadu Buhari is a two term president from the north and therefore, the south should produce the next president.

The former governor however urged his supporters to wait for his next move which means he may be leaving the People’s Democratic Party, which is fielding former Vice President Atiku Abubakar as its presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress. Fayose who has never hidden his love for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is rumoured to be working for him behind the scene, although he (Fayose) has said repeatedly that he won’t join the APC, but he’s said to be disposed to working for Tinubu.
