Help! UNILAG Refuses To Admit Me To Study Medicine, After Scoring 326 To Beat Cut Off Mark, Student Cries Out

A 17 years old Admission seeker to the University of Lagos, Akoka, Adediji Faith Temidayo, has cried out after beating the cut off Marks, scoring 326, but was denied Admission to her first choice of medicine and surgery at UNILAG.

Faith in a documents obtained by our Correspondent indicated that she also passed her West African School Certificate Examination in flying colours.

The ex student of Salem Secondary School, Lugbe, Abuja who was the overall best student in Sciences English and Mathematics in 2022 is crying out that UNILAG should not deny her the admission because her parents, a middle level civil servants cannot afford the exorbitant school fees at the private university.

The breakdown shows that she had 5 As and 3 Bs in both NECO and WASCE in 2022.

Recall that JAMB Registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede, had to intervene in a similar case recently, when a student who clearly beat the cut off Marks was denied admission by the University of first choice.
